MEET THE CREATOR

Jason Dale Wingate was born in Wollongong, NSW, and moved with his family to Logan City, QLD in 1992, developing a lifelong passion for creative writing and live theatrical performance early on. Following his Asperger's diagnosis in 1992, he found a transformative creative partnership in 1995 at Boronia Heights State School, leading to an ambitious student action film in 1997 that sparked his cinematic ambitions.

By 2005, this evolved into Magpie Gully Farm & Wildlife Park, a dual-purpose tourist attraction and filming location for an independent television series. After that project was shelved in 2008, Jason earned his Bachelor of Creative Arts (Film & TV) from JMC Academy in Brisbane. In 2026, he registered Cinetorium. Following his debut novel, *Aussie Spies*—a mature reimagining of his early concepts—he plans to lead the company into original musical shorts adapted from the book.
