Cinetorium is currently looking for a young actor (Male 18 to 24) to portray fictional character 'Sonny the Clown'.

Sonny is a happy but accident prone young clown who stands in as a Roadie but holds ambition to be the star of the show. His tricks never work which only adds to the humour. He doesn't speak, but communicates through miming gestures and facial expressions. 

Sonny will appear in live gigs and public events associated with Cinetorium, keeping the audience entertained and amused as they wait for the next act/movie to start. He will also rove around, meeting and greet guests and taking photos. Sonny should be the type of character that will steal the show. 

 

Creator/Producer Jason Wingate is looking to meet a lucky actor he feels is the right fit for the character. Jason will spend some time with the actor, getting him into character; as well as brain storming ideas for gags and stunts to show off in front of crowds and make them laugh.

 

Jason is looking for an energetic who's fun to be with and great with kids.
