The Model
In line with the planned official development in Logan City, Queensland, Australia, The Magpie Gully project will be divided into two stages of development.

The initial stage will feature the Cinetorium, complete with production studio facilities and an in-house barbecue buffet bar. The second stage will involve creating the 'Studio Gardens,' which will serve as an outdoor stage setting for our future productions. When not in use for productions, the 'Studio Gardens' will function as an interactive mini-theme park open to the public.
Stage One: Capital Branch
Cinetorium (Main Entertainment Hall)
The Cinetorium of course will be the branch's signature attraction, structured and operated much like a nostalgic entertainment venue for patrons of all ages. Upon entry through an emporium, guests will progress through a queue line and find themselves in a large warehouse size concert hall, equipped with a built-in cinema and BBQ Buffet Bar.
Guests can enjoy a a self-made burger, hot dog, or BBQ meal, while being entertained by a variety of our live entertainment and movie screenings. Our Buffet Bar will also include the usual theatre snacks, such as pop corn, lollies and chocolates. Hot and cold drinks will also be provided.
All food and drink items will be included in the entry fee, along with the entertainment.
Garden Court
The Garden Court is a tranquil outdoor area situated behind the Cinetorium, serving as a delightful open-air seating area and an open-range petting zoo. Providing a picturesque 'Garden of Eden' atmosphere, the Garden Court serves as a bridge between the Capital Branch and Studio Gardens, allowing guests to interact with a variety of free-roaming animals, including sheep, deer, ducks, geese, and peacocks.

The Garden Court also features the United Family Tree, Cinetorium's very own equivalent to 'The Tree of Life.' This hybrid fruit tree symbolizes the succession and legacy of the Cinetorium, as its planted roots serve as a representation of Cinetorium's ever-growing United Family.

Silver Tower
The Silver Tower, named for its reflective silver windows, stands as a 6-story tower situated atop the Backstage Area of Cinetorium.
Serving as a private residence for members of the Cinetorium, the tower features a Penthouse Suite for the Cinetorium Brothers and 20 apartment units for other United Family members.
The tower also includes a private media room, gym, laundry, and member's lounge, as well as various studio facilities like music/audio recording booths, editing suites, a green screen studio, and a rehearsal room.

The Silver Tower's top two levels are reserved for the Cinetorium Brothers and their families, while the lower levels offer residential units for other United Family members.
While the public cannot enter the Silver Tower for privacy reasons, a guided tour through the lower levels provides a unique behind-the-scenes glimpse into Cinetorium's backstage area. Some guests may even have the opportunity to witness artists at work or meet their favorite stars through the Garden Court entrance on the side
Youth Support Centre
The Youth Support Centre, an integral part of the Cinetorium, is attached to the front emporium facade. Beyond providing administrative support for the branch, it serves as a hub for our Youth Support Workers. The Centre offers dedicated spaces for counselors and clients to conduct consultations, fostering personal development and well-being among the clients supported by the branch. The Centre also serves as a base for our Youth Support Workers to access essential resources and communicate effectively with the youth they serve.
